By signing below, you agree to the following conditions: 1. You understand that your order cannot begin production until the order, artwork & sample have been approved, and that our minimum lead time for production is 7-10 days after the approvals have been made, unless otherwise noted. 2. All prepress work, including but not limited to screens, artwork, films and embroidery are the sole property of Noreast Custom Apparel. 3.) Garments are produced in a dog friendly environment. 4.) Balance are due upon delivery, all invoices past 30 days are subject to a 10% monthly interest fee. ____________________ _____________

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your inquiries at the information listed on our website.
